These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cab Taxi services provided by CABTAXI, referred to as “Cab Taxi,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using Cab Taxi services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before availing our services.

1. Driver Policies:

• Cab Taxi does not charge any service fee to its drivers. Drivers will receive the full payment for each ride they complete.
• Each driver is required to affix a Cab Taxi sticker on their vehicle, which will be provided to them in soft copy format by Cab Taxi. The sticker must be prominently displayed on the vehicle during service.
• Drivers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of their vehicles. They must adhere to all local regulations and safety standards.
• Cab Taxi is not responsible for any other extra charges such as, parking fine, tools, airport fee etc. 
• Drivers need to follow the guidelines regarding the safety and cleanliness according to CAB TAXIs policy.
• Drivers are obliged to accept the terms and conditions for being able to take orders from CAB Taxi 

2. Booking Procedures:

• All rides must be booked through the Cab Taxi website. 
• Customers can book a ride by scanning the QR code displayed on the Cab Taxi sticker affixed to the vehicle.

3. Payment Procedures:

• Customers have the option to make online payments for their rides.
• Cab Taxi will process payments to drivers on the 15th and 30th of each month for rides completed during the respective periods. Payments will be disbursed through the preferred payment method specified by the driver.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers must treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations and adhering to the scheduled pickup time.
• Customers are subject to a fine up to 2800 SEK as cleaning fee if they damage the vehicle by throwing vomit or any waste. This fine will be added to the total fare of the ride. 
• By using Cab Taxi services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Cab Taxi reserves the right to enforce this policy as deemed necessary.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Customers may cancel their bookings subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the Cab Taxi website.
• In the event of a cancellation, any applicable refunds will be processed according to Cab Taxi’s refund policy.

6. Liability:

• Cab Taxi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or property damage.
• Customers and drivers are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their respective roles in providing or availing of Cab Taxi services.

7. Amendments to Terms:

• Cab Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Cab Taxi website. It is the responsibility of users to review the Terms periodically for updates.

8. Termination:

• Cab Taxi reserves the right to terminate its services to any user who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.
